About the company

We are building a platform that helps developers build world-class AI products. AI development is a relatively new paradigm combining code and datasets, incrementally refining both using frequent evaluations. Our product lets you evaluate LLM applications and iteratively improve them, with a rich set of tools to visualize changes and interrogate failures.

Our team includes AI, design, and database veterans who have exited multiple companies and worked at Figma, Nuro, Impira, MemSQL, Google, and Twitter. We're backed by Elad Gil (opens in a new tab), Base Case Capital (opens in a new tab), and leading CEOs/founders. The current team includes:

About the role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed chief of staff who can help us scale our operations and build a world-class company. As our customer and employee base grows rapidly, we need someone who can help us setup the right internal processes and ensure that we deliver a great experience to our customers.

You'll work closely with our Founder & CEO and have a hand in all aspects of the business, including customer development, investor relations, finance/accounting, human resources, and strategy. If you want to learn how to build a company from the ground up and work with world-class engineers and designers, this is the role for you.

Ideal candidate credentials

• Experience in early stage tech, ideally in data and AI
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, hands-on
